Helping clients with their catering needs is Dakota’s passion and her profession. A seasoned veteran in the world of catering and venue sales, you’d be hard-pressed to find her anywhere without her planner in hand! As a Lancaster native, Dakota has her pulse on trends and vendors to help make your event truly special. And as a newlywed, she has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to plan a wedding. In her free time she likes to linger in coffee shops for far too long, walk her dogs and enjoy a nice meal at a locally-owned restaurant.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Ben uses his local perspective when helping clients turn their visions into reality as TFB Catering's Operations Manager. Ben is a Penn Manor High School & West Chester University graduate, and has been working in the hospitality industry for over 11 years. This includes roles in both the front and back of house. In his downtime, Ben enjoys riding his bike, hiking, reading and weightlifting. In the future, he aspires to be a dog owner of a "meatball of a pitbull."
